Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale are part of Prestige – On Demand’s overall Terms of Use and are binding for all users and guests utilizing our services. When booking through our platform—whether online, via phone, or any other method—you agree to these terms and conditions. Once an appointment is confirmed, you are contractually bound by the terms listed below.

Booking Terms
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, money, and significant items from the service area prior to the appointment. Prestige – On Demand is not liable for loss or damage to personal property, service locations, or any items present during service.

Please ensure that the service location is safe and accessible. Any concerns should be communicated to your assigned service provider in advance. Services are performed at the customer’s own risk. Any damage claims arising from service performance are limited to the cost of the service rendered.

We may require debit or credit card information to secure your booking, which will be processed securely via Stripe.com. Prestige – On Demand reserves the right to reschedule or adjust appointments based on availability, weather, or equipment failure.

We may charge an hourly rate of $130 (or a proportion thereof) for work that exceeds the original scope of booking. A minimum surcharge of 30% will be added to jobs that involve hazardous or biohazardous materials (e.g., bodily fluids).

Processing, Travel, and Distance Fees
Prestige – On Demand may apply additional fees in the following circumstances:

Payment Processing Fees: A processing fee may be charged to cover transaction costs associated with credit/debit card payments or third-party platforms. This will be disclosed at checkout or invoicing.

Travel Time Fees: A surcharge may apply for service locations requiring extended travel time or locations outside of our regular service zones.

Distance-Based Fees: Appointments scheduled beyond our standard service radius may incur additional charges based on mileage or estimated driving time. These will be communicated and agreed upon before booking confirmation.

Payment Terms & Conditions
All appointments must be prepaid prior to service. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. If a service is delivered but payment is not received, collection procedures will begin 48 hours after the service date.

Communication Notice
You consent to receive communications from Prestige – On Demand and our service providers via email, text, phone call, push notifications, or any other contact method you provide. These may be delivered using automated systems.

To opt out of promotional messages, send an unsubscribe request. Opting out may affect your use of certain services or notifications.

Scheduled Appointment
Please allow a 90–180 minute grace period for your provider to arrive. Appointment duration may vary depending on service needs. All services must be prepaid prior to the appointment.

Personal Property
Customers must remove all personal items from the service area before the appointment. Our team will perform a basic inspection before starting. If items obstruct service and we cannot contact you for removal, those areas may be skipped.

Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather or natural events, Prestige – On Demand reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. We will contact you to set a new service date when conditions improve.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Clause
Disputes not resolved through informal negotiation must be submitted to binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration must occur individually—class actions and consolidated claims are not allowed. If a court rules the class action waiver unenforceable, this arbitration agreement becomes void, and disputes will be settled in court.

Arbitration must take place in the county of our headquarters. Arbitrators must apply the law and cannot issue punitive damages or alter contract terms.

Claims related to injunctive or equitable relief, such as possession of property or specific performance, may still be pursued in court.

Modification to This Agreement
Prestige – On Demand may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all future access and use of the service. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestige – On Demand, including its employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors, from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or your breach of this Agreement. This includes damages related to actions of service providers or your noncompliance with the terms herein.

Non-Disparagement
You agree not to publish or communicate any defamatory, harmful, or misleading statements about Prestige – On Demand, its staff, service providers, customers, or affiliates, in any public forum, including social media or review platforms.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking. If canceled after this window, any payment made will be credited toward a future appointment.
